The self-catering house is well equipped, including two double bedrooms, one with top bunk which can sleep five people. Everything has been done to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. A newly fitted kitchen includes dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, and a halogen hob oven. The lounge/dining is complete with LCD TV, DVD player, CD system and full Sky TV package. The bedroom has has TV with DVD player and games console. It also has a newly fitted bathroom with shower plus separate second toilet at the entrance hall.

From summer 2008 there will be a luxury hot tub installed in the rear garden for the finishing touch to the delightful holiday home.

The surrounding area is perfect for hill-walking or mountain bikes, fishing and bird watching. Loch Morlich provides watersports and at the Rothiemurchus Highland Estate, try clay pigeon shooting, 4 x 4 driving or one of the guided walks. For the most breathtaking views, take the Cairngorm Mountain Railway up to 3600 feet.
